The Bulletproof Diet
Dave Asprey's high-fat, low-toxin eating plan, and the origin of the butter coffee
Dave Asprey's first book lays out a high-fat, moderate-protein, low-carbohydrate way of eating that ranks foods from Bulletproof to toxic based on his reading of anti-nutrients and mold toxins. It introduced Bulletproof Coffee and the fat-only morning fast to a wide audience and helped push the biohacking label into the mainstream. Dietitians have pushed back hard on several of its claims, and the toxin ranking is his own system rather than a consensus one.

Biohacker · Bulletproof Coffee
His first book, and the one that made his name. The plan is fat-heavy and low-toxin, and his site says it came out of 15 years and 300,000 dollars of testing on himself. Bulletproof Coffee sits at its center.
