Anti-to-do list
A short written list of behaviors to avoid, kept beside the ordinary to-do list
Three to five things you have decided not to do, each written as "Do not ..." and left in sight every day. It sits beside the ordinary task list and covers the other half of the problem: the reactions, distractions and habits that pull you off course, rather than the jobs to finish. An item stays until the behavior actually changes. Then another one replaces it. The reasoning borrows from inversion, the idea Charlie Munger described as working out where you are going to die so you never go there.
