OmniFocus

Task manager for Apple devices built on projects, tags and saved perspectives

OmniFocus takes its shape from Getting Things Done. It runs on Mac, iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. Tasks sit inside projects and carry tags for context, energy or place, while saved perspectives filter the whole database down to the short list you can act on now. Deferred dates hide work until it matters. A review cycle brings stale projects back into view on a schedule you set, and automation runs through Shortcuts, AppleScript and the app's own plug-in system. Every task, project and folder has a link you can paste elsewhere. People juggling many parallel commitments tend to choose it over lighter list apps for that filtering.
