Blackout curtains
Lined curtains or blinds that keep street light and dawn out of a bedroom.
Curtains or blinds with a light-blocking lining, fitted to cut outside light in a bedroom. Sleep researchers point at them because light in the evening and overnight holds back melatonin and thins deep sleep. Think of them as the fixed version of an eye mask, and the more thorough one.
