Oura Ring

Ring-worn sleep and readiness tracker

Heart rate, heart rate variability, temperature and movement, tracked overnight by a titanium ring and turned into sleep stage estimates and a daily readiness score. The stage-by-stage accuracy is imperfect, but the trend data and the temperature signal are what users actually rely on. The usual warning is orthosomnia: anxiety about your sleep score damaging your sleep.
