Camping tent
Pitched shelter, used by a few people as a permanent outdoor bedroom
A pitched fabric shelter, mostly bought for camping and used by a small number of people as their actual bedroom. Sleeping outside puts you in real darkness, cooler air and early daylight, the three things sleep advice keeps circling back to. Weather, insects and whoever you normally share a bed with are the obvious costs.
