Nonstick pans sold on the claim that the coating contains no PFAS
A cookware line built around one multi-purpose pan, sold on the claim that its nonstick surface uses no PFAS chemicals. The titanium version drops the ceramic coating for a bare titanium surface, which the maker says will not wear thin the way a coating does. Most buyers are replacing scratched old nonstick. It costs several times what a supermarket pan does, and the chemistry question is the whole reason people pay it.
