Work-life harmony
Treat work and home as feeding each other rather than as a strict trade-off
Balance is the usual word, and it implies you are dividing a fixed quantity, so every hour at work is an hour stolen from home. Harmony assumes the two run in a loop. Being happy at work makes someone better company at home, and a good home life sends them back to work with more energy. So stop counting hours. Watch instead for the moment one side starts draining the other, and fix that rather than the schedule.

Prefers the word harmony to balance, because balance implies a strict trade-off. His version is a loop: happiness at work makes him a better husband and father, and happiness at home sends him into work with more energy.
