Let them, let me

Two words to stop managing other people, then two more to decide what you do

Someone else's choices, moods or opinions start to eat at you. Say let them, and drop the effort of managing what is not yours to manage. Then say let me, and turn to the one thing you can decide, which is your own next move. People use the pair for family friction, colleagues, traffic, and the general wish that other people would behave differently. Mel Robbins built a book around the idea after a version of it spread widely online.
