Centr
Chris Hemsworth's training, nutrition and meditation app, built with his own team
Hemsworth's own subscription app, built around the trainers, chef and meditation coaches he works with himself. It bundles workout programs, from the muscle-building plan behind his film roles to HIIT, boxing, Pilates and yoga, with meal plans and a large audio library. He narrates the Learn to Meditate series and the Power Sleep series. The company has since added its own line of home gym equipment. There is a free trial, then a monthly or annual fee.

His own app, so a recommendation rather than a discovery. He narrates its Learn to Meditate series and says less than ten minutes a day is enough to start a new habit and pick up tools for a calmer mind.
