Incrediwear recovery sleeves
Knee, arm and leg sleeves woven with particles that warm and emit infrared
Fabric sleeves with semiconductor particles knitted into the weave. Body heat activates them, and the maker says the resulting infrared and negative ions raise blood flow without squeezing the limb, which is the difference it draws against ordinary compression wear. They are built to be worn for long stretches, day or night. Independent evidence for the infrared claim is inconclusive.

He tore a meniscus at Roland Garros in 2024 and had surgery, then wore a gray and white Incrediwear sleeve on his right knee, on and off court, through Wimbledon and the Paris Olympics, Tennis.com reports. He took a significant stake in the company in August 2025 and launched arm, knee and leg sleeves under his own name, so this is now his own branded product.
