Power rack
Steel cage with adjustable pins for squatting and pressing on your own
A four-post steel frame with J-hooks to hold a bar and pins set at whatever height you want. The pins catch a failed squat or press, which is what makes heavy lifting alone possible, and resting the bar on them turns a full lift into a partial from any starting position. Most models carry a pull-up bar across the top.

The rack does the programming in the deadlift plan he published with Andy Bolton. Rather than loading more plates, drop the pins an inch at a time so the pull gets longer. Cages with holes spaced too far apart get worked around by standing on plywood, dense rubber or a 45-pound plate.
