Rotary machine that loads the lats through a long overhead arc
You sit with pads on the elbows or a bar overhead and pull down in a wide arc, hinging at the shoulder rather than the elbow. The lats work through a longer stretch than a row gives them. Few commercial gyms still stock one, so bodybuilders who want the movement usually find it in an older gym or buy their own.
