Vibrating foam roller

A foam roller or sphere with a built-in motor, used before and after workouts

Motorized version of the standard foam roller or massage ball, with two or three vibration settings. People roll feet, calves, hamstrings, back and shoulders over it for a few minutes before training to wake muscles up, and again afterwards to ease soreness. The vibration is said to relax tissue faster than a plain roller, though a standard roller does most of the same job for a fraction of the price. Expect to pay well over a hundred dollars for a branded one.
