The Pump Club app
Arnold Schwarzenegger's training app: programs, nutrition tracking and community
Subscription training app from the Arnold's Pump Club team. Members get a structured program picked for them, from bodyweight to gym work, plus a nutrition log without macro counting, live coaching and a community feed. The team's own data shows most people quit inside the first dozen workouts, so the pricing runs the other way: a 7-day free trial, then an annual fee with $100 refunded to anyone who finishes four programs in a year. The daily newsletter stays free either way.

The app he built for what he calls his fitness crusade. He points to its data from millions of workouts showing that members who finish twelve workouts are three times more likely to complete their program, and says the first month is the whole battle.
