WILD.AI
Cycle-aware training app that shifts sessions and fueling by hormone phase
You log where you are in your cycle and how the day feels, and it looks for patterns before suggesting changes to training, food and recovery. Pregnancy, perimenopause and post-menopause are covered too, which most training apps skip entirely. The limit is obvious enough: an algorithm built on population averages does not know your body, only bodies in general.

For the high-tech end of cycle tracking she points at apps like WILD.AI, which read your logged days and symptoms for patterns and then suggest training and nutrition. Keep your agency, she adds. An app can be right about what a phase usually means and still be wrong about you.
