RP Hypertrophy App
Renaissance Periodization's app for written, auto-adjusting lifting programs
Renaissance Periodization sells a subscription app that writes lifting programs. It adjusts sets week to week from the soreness and pump feedback you log after each session, which covers the volume progression and deload timing that most self-written programs get wrong. A companion diet app tracks macros against a body composition goal. Both suit people who would rather somebody else made the decisions than read the research themselves.

Listeners who want a written lifting program get pointed at Renaissance Periodization rather than at building one themselves, with the companion diet app mentioned alongside. RP sponsors the show, and he stops short of saying he trains on it.
