Coffee is the third leg of her morning ritual with meditation and journaling, in whichever order the day allows. She makes her own so she can load it up: collagen peptides, a type of stevia and lactose-free milk, she told Vogue in 2025.

Resistance bands
Pvolve's P.band, gliders and P.3 Trainer are the pieces she says she personally loves, mainly because they are portable enough to take on vacation or when working out of town. Her current favorite when WWD asked in 2024 was the P.band, an upper-body band with glove-like grips. That changes constantly, she said.
