NMN and NAD precursors
Nicotinamide mononucleotide or riboside, taken to raise NAD+
Cellular NAD+ declines with age, and it is central to energy metabolism and DNA repair. These supplements are intended to raise it. Trials so far show that blood NAD+ can be raised; whether that produces any meaningful clinical benefit in humans is still an open question. It is one of the more expensive bets in the longevity stack, and it is best described as unproven rather than disproven.

Founder · Blueprint longevity protocol
NR at 450mg or NMN at 500mg goes in daily as an NAD precursor, and he is clear that the human evidence for a clinical benefit is not there yet.

Biohacker · Bulletproof Coffee
Qualia NAD+, a blend of three NAD precursors with resveratrol, sits in what he calls his longevity stack. He frames declining NAD as one of seven core aging processes and says the same page is a starting point, not his full regimen.

Physician · The Dr. Hyman Show · author of Young Forever
Sits in what he calls his longevity stack, taken daily. He says the stack is a lot and does not expect everybody to copy it, and human evidence for NMN remains thin.
